What is The F.A.I.T.H. Method™?
The F.A.I.T.H. Method™ is a 5-session financial coaching program built around five core principles: Foundation, Alignment, Integrity, Trust, and Hope. It’s designed to help you get clear on your money, organize your finances in a way that reflects your values, and build systems that support long-term peace — not pressure.
Each session combines practical tools (like calendars, check-ins, and budget alignment) with reflective coaching to help you build confidence and momentum. We address mindset, habits, and routines — not just numbers — so you walk away with a system that fits your real life.
It’s structured, supportive, and deeply personal — no lectures, no judgment. Just a clear, guided path to move from stress to stability with your finances.
What is financial coaching and how is it different from financial advising or therapy?
Financial coaching focuses on helping you build awareness, structure, and confidence with your money through habits, planning, and values alignment. I don’t give investment advice, sell products, or act as a therapist. I walk with you through mindset, strategy, and structure so you can manage your day-to-day finances with peace and clarity.
How is this different from Financial Peace or other budgeting programs?
Unlike traditional programs that focus heavily on debt payoff and strict budgeting, The F.A.I.T.H. Method™ blends faith, emotional awareness, and practical tools. It’s not one-size-fits-all. It’s about building a rhythm that fits your life — and your values — while offering grace and structure.
What’s included in The F.A.I.T.H. Method™ program?
The full program includes:
✅ Free Clarity Call — A 20-minute session to get to know your needs and see if the program is a good fit.
✅ Financial Reset & Renewal Session — A 1-hour deep dive into your current money flow, mindset, and habits, with short-term action steps.
✅ 5 Core Coaching Sessions — Each session is 1 hour, delivered weekly as a guided step through the F.A.I.T.H. framework. You’ll move at a steady, supportive pace through:
F – Financial Awareness (Foundation): Understand where your money is really going and uncover hidden patterns
A – Alignment: Connect your values to your budget and build a calendar-based system
I – Integrity: Follow through on financial promises with tools that support your lifestyle
T – Trust: Address fear, control, and surrender as you learn to trust your plan
H – Hope: Create a sustainable rhythm that honors your story, not just your spreadsheet
What can I expect during sessions?
Each session is a mix of conversation, guided tools, screen sharing (when needed), and strategic reflection. We’ll talk through where you are, set realistic goals, and build systems that match your life — no judgment, no pressure.
Is this program faith-based?
Yes — The F.A.I.T.H. Method™ is rooted in values, spiritual alignment, and faith-forward guidance. I meet you where you are, and coaching includes prayer, scripture, and heart-centered discussion when desired. You don’t need to be perfect in your faith — just open to a values-based approach.
Do I need to prepare anything before we meet?
For most sessions, especially the Reset & Renewal, you’ll be asked to estimate your income, bills, and spending habits. You’ll get a short intake form before your first session to help us hit the ground running.
What happens after the program ends?
You’ll leave with a full Money Map, templates you can continue using, and values-based rhythms you can stick with. If you’d like additional support, I offer optional long-term coaching packages (coming soon) to continue building momentum.
Do you work with couples, parents, or non-traditional households?
Yes! I work with anyone looking for clarity and structure — singles, couples, parents, caregivers, and everyone in between. The only requirement is openness and a willingness to commit to change.
What if I’m not religious — can I still work with you?
Absolutely. While my framework is faith-rooted, I respect all beliefs and always lead with compassion. If you’re aligned with the values of honesty, intentionality, and purpose, this work will still benefit you.
Is this confidential?
100%. Everything you share is private and protected. I do not share any client information or financial details with anyone.
